Everyone has a million realtor friends that say “I’d love to help if you ever decide to move.” Jake was the only one that was proactive. My husband and I had expressed interest in selling our house and buying a loft/condo downtown someday. Over the course of a year Jake kept an eye out and sent us info on places that we might be interested in and one of the places turned out to be the right fit. So now we have to very quickly list our home. Jake helped us work through a punch list, got gorgeous photos taken, and managed the listing to maximize interest. He was able to get us the best offer on our place - better than we had hoped. We love our new place and our new life and it never would have happened if Jake hadn’t been proactive. We may never move again but if we do Jake is our guy 100%.
Jake is not only a great friend, but is also a fantastic Realtor.
